Custom Design Service

Every project starts with a free bespoke concept design. Our in-house team of designers creates 3D renders, floor plans and equipment specifications tailored to your exact space and brand.

Factory-Direct Manufacturing

All equipment is manufactured at our own 12,000 m² factory in Wenzhou, China. No middlemen, no markups — you deal directly with the manufacturer.

Global Shipping & Logistics

We ship to 50+ countries worldwide via sea freight. Our logistics team handles all export documentation, packing and can assist with import customs clearance.

Installation Support

Detailed installation manuals, video guides and remote technical support are included with every order. On-site installation supervision is available on request.

After-Sales & Spare Parts

2-year warranty on all equipment. Spare parts are stocked and dispatched within 48 hours. Our after-sales team is available via email, phone and WhatsApp.

Concept Redesign & Upgrades

Already have a playground? We can redesign, expand or upgrade your existing equipment. Many clients return to us for phase 2 expansions and theme refreshes.

Free Concept Design

Our in-house design team creates a bespoke 3D concept design tailored to your space. You’ll receive rendered visuals, a layout plan and an initial equipment list.

DAY 8–14

  • Revised 3D visuals and floor plan
  • Material and finish specifications
  • Itemised quotation (per component)
  • Delivery and installation cost breakdown

Design Refinement & Quotation

We refine the design based on your feedback and produce a detailed, itemised quotation. No hidden costs — every component is listed with unit pricing.

WEEK 3–4

  • Technical engineering drawings
  • Material procurement begins
  • Confirmed production schedule
  • Dedicated project manager assigned

Order Confirmation & Engineering

Once you confirm the order and deposit, our engineering team produces full technical drawings and a production schedule. You’ll receive a confirmed delivery date.

WEEK 5–14

  • ISO 9001-certified production
  • CE / EN71 / ASTM compliance checks
  • Multi-stage QC inspection
  • Photo and video updates provided

Manufacturing & Quality Control

Your equipment is manufactured at our ISO 9001-certified factory in Wenzhou, China. Every component undergoes multi-stage QC inspection before packing.

WEEK 15–18

  • Professional export packing
  • Full export documentation
  • Sea freight (FCL/LCL)
  • Real-time shipment tracking

Packing, Shipping & Customs

Equipment is professionally packed, labelled and shipped via sea freight (FCL or LCL). We handle all export documentation and can assist with import customs clearance.
